Great experience! Found the used Scion we'd been looking for online. Called them up to verify they still had it. When we told them how far we were traveling to see it, Found the used Scion we'd been looking for online. Called them up to verify they still had it. When we told them how far we were traveling to see it, (over an hour) they put a courtesy hold on it to make sure we weren't driving all that way for nothing. Car was as described. Fred, our salesperson was super nice and easy to deal with it. Came to a fair price quickly. No trying to sell up useless extras. Got the deal done and out of there in minimal time. More

Remarkably amazed "Some Dealers Truely Care about People"! Going into a dealership your always skeptical but to my amazement, I was lucky to get Fred Williams to help me with my choice of vehicle and complete Going into a dealership your always skeptical but to my amazement, I was lucky to get Fred Williams to help me with my choice of vehicle and complete my purchase. His professionalism and thoroughness was outstanding, he clearly explained all the paperwork , my options and made sure I understood and went out of his way to wait for me and to stay over (even though it was a long day) and help me finish out my purchase. He helped find the best deal for me and his openness made it easy for me to ask questions without hesitation. Above all, his friendliness and caring demeanor made it the best experience I have had with any purchase in a long time, he saw me as a person not just a customer for his sale!!!! More

The best, simply the best! Hitched a ride with my sister who had bought a car from Fred Williams in 1998! And I drove my new Pre-owned Certified Used Toyota Carolla L home. Stayed after hours just to help me! And, It was so late he prayed that I would get home safe! I love the fact that all Certified Pre-owned Used cars from Longo Toyota come with a set of brand new tires and new brakes. I like the fact my car was previously driven by Enterprise Car Rental Company because I know rental cars must be checked in and out, and repaired right away! Maintenance record is perfect! I drove two identical cars and like how one drove better. I said Why would I say that to which Mr. Williams said the one I liked better was smoother. I like that because I was certain I chose the right one! Five stars to my experience. I have already told others in Palm Springs to go to Longo Toyota in El Monte! More
