Freddie was great to work with; he is all about putting a fair deal together for both sides. Very transparent process too. Overall friendly and easy going staff. No sales pressure and they offered a fair price for my trade in. I had one hang up with financing and they found an acceptable solution for both of us. Closing the sale and lease transaction took about 20 minutes. Pleasantly surprised; I would recommend Freddie to my friends. Btw I love my new Forester! More

With todays supply chain issues, I was doubtful at first I would be able to buy the vehicle I wanted without some sort of pre-order and a deposit. George is the most knowledgeable sales representative you have on site. He takes the time to listen, unlike other sales representatives at Bob Baker. Their inventory compared to other dealers in San Diego was impressive. The sales team was professional and not pushy; they let the brand sell itself. I also like the fact they work as a team.
