I chose Spitzer because of their ties to the NE Ohio area. I was pleasantly surprised at not only at the level of courtesy and professionalism by everyone, but the understanding and consideration taken into account with my primary concerns and items of importance. Whether you choose to purchase a vehicle from Spitzer Kia or not, I recommend you visit the fine people there and at least give them the opportunity to exceed your expectations....as they did mine. I love my Dodge Ram 1500 I had been in the market for a truck for a couple of months but I couldn't find one that I figured was a good fit for me. No hassle car buying experience I had researched a used car online and set up an appointment to see the car. There was an initial snag and the car was not at the dealership. I wasn I had researched a used car online and set up an appointment to see the car. There was an initial snag and the car was not at the dealership. I wasn't sure at that point whether or not this was going to work out for me. However, Paul indicated that he would get the car there at a time convenient to me. He said he would call twice to let me know where they were with it and to confirm my appointment. He did call me twice, once to tell me that he himself had retrieved the car. When I got there on Saturday to see the car it was inside a garage bay which was nice. At this point Paul was busy with another customer so Josh took over. We processed some initial paperwork, took a test drive and I was hooked. I think the concept of value pricing makes buying a car a lot simpler. Everyone there took care of us. Even though the car I bought wasn't a Kia they treated us very well. I'm sure we will back. More
