Once more I am disappointed with this place . I bought a car and have had it for Almost two years and it tells me i have a tire mobility kit. Well yesterday I had a flat and went to get my tire mobility kit car and have had it for Almost two years and it tells me i have a tire mobility kit. Well yesterday I had a flat and went to get my tire mobility kit from the trunk .There is not one.in there ? No jack no lug wrenches no compressor and no bottle of repair fluid . You would think that they would check to make sure you have this in the car before you turn it over to the customer I would not send any one to this dealership to buy a car or truck . And there service department does not do a complete service on your car when you take it in . twice had to complain about things they did not do on my service .That is listed as a safety checks Out of three visits I have had three disappointments More

xxxx Service Actually talking to a rep is like pulling teeth. Actually getting your vehicle in is another issue altogether. They charge you for a rental car regardless of if it’s warranty work, or recall or anything because the bs deal they have with enterprise. Give me a car off your lot while you work on my vehicle. Because they charge you for this rental car they are in no hurry to actually get your car fixed, most the times not even looking at it for a few days while you sit here and pay the rental rate. xxxx this place.
