With 5 of the 6 dealerships that confirmed price changed by the time we got to the dealership by 2 or 3 thousand dollars. Not so with Advantage. When we got there The sales manager had copies of the communications between the internet associate and my wife. He turned us over to Andre who could not have been more friendly. He took over the process and within an hour we made the purchase. No going back and forth, no increasing car pricing, no surprise fees and no hard selling techniques. I was not going to budge from how much I was willing to put down they understood my situation I needed a reliable car and after a few times pulling every resource they can out they made it happen! Then..... When about to sign the final papers! Ryan put the icing on the cake by surprising me he was able to extend my warranty even further no extra charge and lower my finance rate even more!
