Great service I work with Freddy whenever my car needs service. He’s always very efficient and exact. Whether it would be the time that my vehicle will be worked I work with Freddy whenever my car needs service. He’s always very efficient and exact. Whether it would be the time that my vehicle will be worked on or the costs that may be involved. The dealership is clean, friendly and Efficient. I’ve been working with Freddy until my vehicles for the last seven years. I would trust nobody else is honesty has always prevailed. I feel like I have a good working relationship and no worries. Huge service price $308.57 for a maintenance service, your rate are equal BMW, MERCEDES BENZ or AUDI, is mind blow doing business with you, can’t wait to close my lease $308.57 for a maintenance service, your rate are equal BMW, MERCEDES BENZ or AUDI, is mind blow doing business with you, can’t wait to close my lease with you, never ever buying/leasing a car with Rick Case Hyundai again. On top of it your oil change is every 3k miles when everyone else set 5k so you are ripping off your clients. Shame on you!!! More

The most unsatisfactorily experience ever Waited 1 week for the part. Car was not working when we drove it off . Mechanic kept us over an hour. We paid $550.00 and had to rent a car for a week Waited 1 week for the part. Car was not working when we drove it off . Mechanic kept us over an hour. We paid $550.00 and had to rent a car for a week. Now we start from beginning hoping the mechanic is able to think beyond his nose and tests the car correctly this time!!I am not finished with this dealer!Very poor service. More
