I have bought new cars for 32 years; roughly 20 cars all together across that span. This is the best overall car buying experience I have had. Nick (salesman) has organizational and customer savy beyond his years. He is a professional, well spoken, hard worker. He knows the value of excellent customer experience. He comes across as genuinely respectful. Johnny Low ( finance )has similar traits and presents himself as very genuine and respectful as well. I know these are for profit decisions. I respect and understand incentive driven rewards for delivering on expectations. There is also wisdom in balancing those things with vision and strategies to win long term and buiding on those wins. I am an executive in the transportation industry and completely understand share holder value, customer experience quality, incentive driven rewards and solid compensation for employees and the balancing those things. These guys get that and it's refreshing to see. Considering my personal experiences with car dealerships have not always been pleasant, it is a big statement to say that for as long as I buy new cars Mac Haik ( Chevy in particular) will always be my first call when I'm ready to buy - period. It was as impressive a car buying experience as there is possible and I can't say enough good things about it. More
