Experience was fine. Got vehicle in and out in a timely manner. There were no notes under my appointment. My service advisor wasn’t there when I dropped off vehicle. Told Toyota was offering a $19.99 oil change. When I went to check out it was $99.00. I said not the deal I was told. Gentleman that checked me out said knew nothing of this. Went round and round trying to get it fixed. Finally got someone to say that was correct. Why does one adviser know of deals the other doesn’t? Sure would make convenient just in case ones service advisor wasn’t available More

Was told every dealership is doing an up charge on all inventory, I can maybe understand an up charge of $500 up to place a 5,000 to 10,000 up charge over msrp. Just because times are hard and the dealers inventory, I can maybe understand an up charge of $500 up to place a 5,000 to 10,000 up charge over msrp. Just because times are hard and the dealership is suffering due to the market change. Yah no! This make it more difficult to get financed and if you do get financed your over selling the value of the vehicle. I will avoid all car dealerships until I really need a vehicle. And tell all my friends and family on social media to avoid giving up charge dealerships there business. It just isn’t worth it anymore, just to give more money just to make the dealership fill better. And with no extra add on or benefits. Other then the excuse that everyone else is doing it so it’s ok. Well you shouldn’t be like every other dealership, you should be better. More

Went in for a checkup on my tailgate due to it popping out while using it on my 2022 Tundra. It turned out that Toyota manufactures the tailgates this way which I found to be extremely odd.
