We had a good experience buying a used SUV with Garrett Stevens from Suburban Toyota of Farmington Hills: 1) We enjoyed the test drives he selected, including local, highway and a section testing hard ac Stevens from Suburban Toyota of Farmington Hills: 1) We enjoyed the test drives he selected, including local, highway and a section testing hard acceleration. 2) He is very knowledgeable about vehicles and has a good overview of various vehicle features. 3) We have good experience in reaching the final purchasing price. Areas of improvements in overall experience (for Garrett Stevens and Michael Joh): They didn’t do a good job of explaining the areas that affect financing interest rates. Such as: 1) impact of the initial down payment size; and 2) the impact of numbers of credit agencies that needed to be unfrozen. Confused at first about the extra warranty purchase. Initially, we were presented repeatedly with “total monthly payment” numbers for various additional warranty purchases. It would be much better to break down the total monthly payment into two parts: 1) Vehicle payment and, 2) Additional payment associated with the purchase of additional warranties. More

Great conversation and we left feeling secure in our purchase with this suburban collection team! *Garrett* I came in a few months prior to this to look for a vehicle and Garrett helped me out that day! Although I didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle at that time, I did want to say Garrett was extremely helpful, funny, and friendly when answering my questions about cars.
