The waiting area was comfortable with complementary coffee and drinks. I asked Gabby about servicing intervals for the transmission and she said she'd confer with maintenance and get back to me. My wife and I walked into the dealership intending only to test drive. I always dread having to deal with sales people in any fashion, and when Johnny Hoy walked out into the lot to greet us, I was prepare to test drive. I always dread having to deal with sales people in any fashion, and when Johnny Hoy walked out into the lot to greet us, I was prepared to completely ignore him. Well, Johnny was nothing like I expected. We told him we wanted to test drive a Stelvio and, of course, he was happy to accommodate. It was his low pressure style of basically just showing us the features of the car and the lack of any helicopter hovering around us that started us to move on the direction of considering a purchase. We let Johnny go crunch some numbers for us. And, it was then that we learned the dealership only sells at MSRP. I was blown away that a premium luxury dealer did not try to mark up. There was no back and forth nonsense of negotiations, and Johnny was a dream to work with. Johnny Hoy deserves full 5 star credit for turning a "drive only" customer into a full blown sale, simply because he's an honest salesman and his method is so low pressure. The entire industry can learn something from him. More

I had Fiat and Alfa Romeo of St. Louis Park swap my winter tires and wheels for my summer tires and wheels last week, and it was business as usual, which is to say, just great. Virtually everyone on s winter tires and wheels for my summer tires and wheels last week, and it was business as usual, which is to say, just great. Virtually everyone on staff knows me by first name and always greet me with a smile. Most of my visits to the dealership are routine, and typically brief, so I don't need to use one of their courtesy cars. I just hang out and usually chat with the folks up front to catch up on the industry and our so-called social lives. Some days I just stop in to say hi. It's always a pleasant experience. More
