I purchased my 2025 GMC 2500 HD Denali over the internet.
Although it was a nervous experience, Gabriel made the process more trusting. I am exteremely happy with my new to me vehicle and would do it again.

There was one "hiccup" that occurred though, and it was major. When I took delivery of the truck, the check engine light was on. That is really something you don't want to see when you've paid so much money and are already committed. And when I tried calling the salesperson and dealership, I kept getting forwarded to voicemail. When I finally got a hold of Tim, he did well to re-assure me that all would be taken care of and what I needed to do on my end. It did turn out to be a loose wire on the 2nd battery. But, in receiving the bill of lading information, I could see that it was on when they put the truck on the carrier. So, my advice to both Henry Brown Buick and any prospective internet buyer, check the check engine light before putting the vehicle on a transport. That is the reason why they only received 4 stars from me.
