Have had no issues with service. They've been absolutely great! However, I am not happy about my leasing experience as the salesman I dealt with knew my situation (I had gotten my Hy They've been absolutely great! However, I am not happy about my leasing experience as the salesman I dealt with knew my situation (I had gotten my Hyundai Tucson stolen and was quite traumatized by that) and so had to get a vehicle as soon as possible so we ordered one. (One came in a month sooner due to a couple turning theirs down). The salesman knew very well that I didn't want to pay more than $425-$450/month, as that's how much I could afford... yet when I went to pick up my vehicle (he was no where around) and I had no other option except to sign to pay $588/month as the other guy said, 'Well I guess you get to decide whether you're taking it home or not' when I told him that's not what I was told that I'd be paying monthly. That's a Huge Difference in monthly payments for 3 years! Not sure yet what I'll do when my lease is up...but I know who I won't be dealing with! In fact, I will probably go to Cedar Rapids to get my next vehicle depending on what I decide, if I even choose to stay with Toyota. More

It was my first time owning a Toyota and having service at the Toyota dealership as well. From start to finish, my experience was wonderful. It only took half an hour to change the oil and do a rotate on t at the Toyota dealership as well. From start to finish, my experience was wonderful. It only took half an hour to change the oil and do a rotate on the tires. I enjoyed the video of them showing the filters, and brakes and tire life. I am really going to enjoy my RAV4 and working with the crew at Toyota! More
