There were unexpected costs throughout the whole process, and many times, the information they provided was not thorough nor transparent. Before they talk you into the crystal fusion windshield protection, don't let them scare you by telling you that your insurance company's glass coverage doesn't cover the re-calibration costs. We paid $1,490 for this protection when signing the purchase documents because they told us that insurance companies don't cover the re-calibration. After we got our vehicle, we found out from our insurance company that our insurance will indeed cover the full cost of windshield replacement AND re-calibration. That was a $1,490 expense that we didn't need. Buyer beware! More

I say this because customer service has been great, even though I was not able to drive away with my pre-owned vehicle after committing to purchasing I say this because customer service has been great, even though I was not able to drive away with my pre-owned vehicle after committing to purchasing it well above what I wanted to spend because of problems that should have been corrected when they did their "thorough" inspections. Besides this issue and still waiting for repairs to be made, the team has taken care of me with a loaner vehicle until everything is right again. Hats off to them for being as busy as they are and still trying to make things right for me and my family. I still, wish they would have helped me out with something that seats my whole family. Still excellent IMO More

Sales person tried to charge me more for the vehicle above the advertised msrp. Salesperson was not transparent about add on charges for the vehicle. Financing department automatically added on additional aftermarket charges for the vehicle that I was not even asked about, and continued to add them on after he knew I was displeased about it. Make sure you pay attention if you purchase from here. I feel the level of deception at this place is out of control. More
