Twenty eight years ago, my beautiful wife of 42 yeas and I along with our two daughters made Colorado Springs our home. We made a few additions to our family since then. Two son-in-laws, eight grand daughters and one grandson. They keep Nana and Papa very busy. Koa, our part Shepherd part Black Mouth Cur addition keeps us energetic. He’s truly is a mama's boy. We enjoy the beauty of Colorado as much as we can with family trips to the mountains, lakes, fishing and golf courses. When not busy with family, my wife and I support the black and gold of the New Orleans Saints and purple and gold of the LSU Tigers. GEAUX teams. Broncos are our second pro team. GEAUX Broncs. Gabe was outstanding. He helped us in every way possible. I had a truck coming in at the dealer in Pueblo but they didn’t communicate very well with us and Gabe called us He helped us in every way possible. The tech guy Jeremy and our finance lady Joelle were also super helpful and nice. Our over experience was fantastic. There were unexpected costs throughout the whole process, and many times, the information they provided was not thorough nor transparent. Before they talk you into the crystal fusion windshield protection, don't let them scare you by telling you that your insurance company's glass coverage doesn't cover the re-calibration costs. We paid $1,490 for this protection when signing the purchase documents because they told us that insurance companies don't cover the re-calibration. After we got our vehicle, we found out from our insurance company that our insurance will indeed cover the full cost of windshield replacement AND re-calibration. That was a $1,490 expense that we didn't need. Buyer beware! More
