Lexus of Akron Canton provided the most laid back experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. I didn’t feel pressured about anything throughout the entire process which was foreign to me having bo experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. Our sales representative Earl was fantastic to work with from the very beginning, he listened to my concerns as well as my must-haves and he absolutely delivered on the car and experience as a whole. There was no uncomfortable haggling on the price nor gaps in communication. We were waiting on the vehicle delivery for a couple of weeks and Earl consistently communicated with us providing updates.
