This is my first Lexus and I wasn't sure if I really wanted to buy one. But Connie Gerber was just so friendly and fun to work with, I got excited about the car! We had walked into Lexus and Connie immediately approached us in a very friendly professional manner. She had asked us if we were interested in a Lexus and if so what were we looking for. She had listened to what we thought we would want but was just shopping around for a new car. She indicated that there was no pressure and to let her know if and when we decide to test drive a Lexus to let her know. Connie did give me her cell number and was looking for something along the lines of what I/We were looking for. She made it very easy to shop for a car and replied with everything I had asked her to do. I WOULD DEFINITELY BUY ANOTHER CAR WITH HER. The whole staff at Lexus of Akron-Canton was wonderful! More
