Victoria Sarocco was very personable, professional and fun to talk to. I can’t remember the name of the gentleman that went over the car with me but he deserves 5 stars. He was patient, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I kept changing the day I was suppose to pick up the car and ended up coming on November 31st, the busiest day of the month. Despite having back to back appointments, I didn’t have to wait and was given all the time I needed. This was the first new car I had driven in 20 years. More

She is a real professional and made the payment process very easy. Troy Stephenson was also very helpful i did not have much exposure to Hasan Barakat. My only issue with the dealership is the lack of any realistic trade-in option. I understand that is not the primary focus of the business but it is a large hole in the customer service approach and left a bad taste in my mouth after buying my M8. We now have six BMWs so I am a loyal customer, but my poor trade-in experience still bothers me (trade-in offer was about 55% of the value i sold my car for privately) . More

Overall excellent service by my representative with completion of the service timely by the afternoon.
