The rep played it very straight with me without the usual dealer bull. The price was the price. No fees and no surprises. Had the car the next day. They clean and mechanically refresh every car. New tires, brakes, fluids were all applied without me even asking. They could have done better with my trade in on the price. They give less than blue book value. I didn't even fight it because everything was so smooth. The finance guy was painless and helpful. The paperwork was easy and quick. I have recommended this place to friends. More

I was a bit hesitant about purchasing a car in another state, but this dealership received so many good reviews, I thought it was worth the drive. What a great experience! The showroom is beautiful! I called ahead and spoke with Gabe who met us at the door. He was a pleasure to deal with - there was no hard sell. He showed us the car I had found and within 4 hours, I was driving back to CT in my new (used) Jeep! The process was so easy and the customer service there is fantastic. The price of the car was very fair and it was beautifully detailed. All their cars look new! It was absolutely worth the drive. I wouldn't hesitate to get another car there. Really great experience. Walked into a beautiful indoor facility and was able check it out uninterrupted. Went to the office and met Greg. He assisted me in answering any questions I had and we took it for a test drive. Upon returning he asked me what my plans were with my vehicle. I told him I was going to sell it. and he asked me what I was looking for and he got it for me. Gabe was intelligent and very informed about the trucks I was looking for. No pressure was given, instead he was able to answer all my questions right away. I felt right right away I was dealing with a true proffesional. I was quite immpressed with the size, and absolute cleanliness of their large indoor showroom. Every single one of their used off lease vehicles was obviously the cream of the crop. They seem to only sell the most pristine off lease vehicles. Their lifetime powertrain warantee is a big plus. Rarely if ever you will get that from a used car dealer. To complete my purchase I dealt with friendly, and helpful finance guy. Again, another true professional. After visiting several dealers, with their lying fast talking sales people, I could have not been happier. All in all a First Class operation. Beautiful cars at fair prices, and no cheap salesman BS.
