Scott Misino and everyone at Novak Motors we’re very polite. They also were very helpful and true to their word. There were no hidden fees, or any hidden surprises. Great experience, highly recommend! Called Novak on a Wednesday, drove home with vehicle on Friday. Original plan with another dealer fell through, and Novak had the next car on my list.
