I drove 5 hours to get a vehicle from this Shottenkirk dealership and I am glad I did. From walking into the front door where Gage and I met, to him showing me the car....it was nothing but kind and and k dealership and I am glad I did. Then I met the the General Manager Mason (which i ended up knowing from my purchase in Shottenkirk Caton), which really put this car deal to ease on my end. He got me a great deal and also made the purchase quick and easy. Last I went into the finance department and met Lane, he was awesome and also double checked everything himself and with Mason to make sure everything was correct so I did have to drive back to dealership (5 hrs away). Over all a day and a great dealership. More

However, after my husband signed, it was another eleven days before I received the documents needed to register and insure my vehicle. Also, after driving my new car away a few miles from the dealership, a tire pressure alert came up. The service department said all four tires were low, so they added air. After driving a few miles away a second time, the tire pressure alert came back on. This time the service department did a recalibration. Then I finally got to drive home. More
