This is what happened to me at Findlay Nissan in Henderson, Nevada. "On 5/30/2025, my wife and I went to Findlay Nissan in Henderson, Nevada to look at the possibility of buying a Frontier Pro4 Henderson, Nevada. "On 5/30/2025, my wife and I went to Findlay Nissan in Henderson, Nevada to look at the possibility of buying a Frontier Pro4 pick up truck. We drove one that met our needs and color, so we decided to talk with the sales person that we worked with. (You know the drill). A few minutes later, we were given a sheet showing how a small truck could increase to $51,647.05. Of course, we went home to think about the price. That night, I went their website and guess what? I found the same truck, SAME EXACT VIN Number), advertised as, "Your Price--- $42,617"! Kind of a $10,000 mark up! I know that there is a sales tax that needs to be added, but come on man 10K mark up? The next day, I called to speak to the sales manager and finally got to the General Manager, Garey Deocampo. I brought up what I found on their website and the difference between the sales document they had given me. After a few days of negotiating, we finally settled on a price so my wife and I went to the dealership to purchase the truck. A truck was parked there for us to look at but my wife said that something was NOT right. We went inside and sat with the sales person that we were dealing with. She asked how we liked the "4X2"? To my surprise, they switched trucks! The truck we drove and wanted was a 4x4 but the truck that was parked there was a 4x2! Exact same color except 4x2. SO, BUYER BEWARE IF YOU GO TO FINDLAY NISSAN, HENDERSON TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE! Make sure you check everything before you sit down to sign anything. We were going to check out the truck before signing anything anyway but the sales person asked us how we liked the 4x2! So there was NO need to continue! BTW, If you are military, make sure who can have a copy of a DD 214. You will find out that very few people can print and have a copy of your DD 214! And adealership is NOT one of them!! This dealership has ridiculously unprofessional employees, they are completely careless towards customer vehicles. Every time I’ve brought my car in for service it has come back with damage! At thi employees, they are completely careless towards customer vehicles. Every time I’ve brought my car in for service it has come back with damage! At this point after my THIRD oil change on my new car, it has been returned to me with an awful engine noise that they claim is FINE. I get the run around every time I call and was lied to when they told me they could trade me in and do an even wash. Their service texting feature does not work. I have asked to have a different service technician and am still given the same one after I explained how awful my experience was with Stephon who literally sat down and pretended to check on what I asked him to three separate times over the span of 45 minutes, causing me to ask for the service manager. They do not clean their loaner cars, they do not make sure they are up to date before handing them over to you, they do not check the paperwork you sign to make sure the information is correct. Karen who handles paperwork has given me an attitude over taking the time to read what I’m signing (how I know my paperwork had incorrect information), I absolutely do not like this dealership. I have not had one good experience there. My car is 13 months old and has had several issues, has been damaged by service team multiple times, and the GM and service director has not properly compensated me over the time wasted, issues dealt with, or unprofessionalism experienced as they do not keep up with you as a priority.
