The staff at Elk Grove Mazda, and especially Garrett Oxnæs made the purchasing process so easy, it was essentially stress free: The Mazda staff were transparent about the cars they had, what they could get and when, what my options were for each vehicle, and most assuring to me, they kept me constantly up to date regarding timelines. They also educated me about the purchasing process, and their hard work allowed me to complete almost everything I needed to do online and over the phone. This was incredibly convenient for me. I am especially grateful that Garret and team were completely transparent about costs, and that they always made time to answer all of my questions.
