Cortese does not stand behind their word, I asked them to check my oil because the check oil light was on, it was not time for a oil change but they changed it anyway, $91 later I’m out of the money. I recently had some maintenance done on my van, and I was impressed with their Service. The staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and they finished the work in good time. Had some issues with initial service visit but worked with mgmt to authorize addl’t complimentary repairs to improve overall experience the second visit. Had an issue with this dealer listing "coupons" under service coupons on their website, then the service rep does not honor them. The service rep, Mike Nazzoro, is rude to customers and unwilling to appl service coupons on their website, then the service rep does not honor them. The service rep, Mike Nazzoro, is rude to customers and unwilling to apply coupons listed on their website. This is the second time I've had issues with him not applying coupons, and now they tell me the "coupons" listed on their website are not coupons at all but only starting prices, but there's no transparency on their pricing so I never know what costs will actually apply. Mike also claims to never know what specials they are running because they come from a third party, then why are they even listed on their website under service coupons? Overall, I will never work with Mike again, I don't need to go to a dealer to be spoken to with a rude tone as though I'm bothering him. Plenty of other dealers in the area that go above and beyond to provide great customer service, and are transparent about their service pricing. More
