Had an appointment for 8:00am for an oil change and tire rotation which took longer than two hours to complete this. The person that sent a text when I asked what was taking so long provided numerous excus rotation which took longer than two hours to complete this. Have taken the vehicles to another place for the same service that took less time and was more efficient. If they cannot service the car in adequate time then schedule less appointments or inform the individual when appointment is made.
