The issue they did try to address, the auto deploy running boards, were hanging off the side of the vehicle when I picked it up, they didn't test their work. The whole visit accomplished nothing. RIP OFF. DO NOT SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE THERE!!! I don’t think they have a mechanic there, they have me sat there for 4 hours. The malfunction collision warning DO NOT SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE THERE!!! I don’t think they have a mechanic there, they have me sat there for 4 hours. The malfunction collision warning was on, I wanted that fix , they said the cost was $849 for the job I said ok. I asked for an alignment, the washer fluid and check engine light was on. After 4hours they told me my vehicle was ready, I payed the bill, went in my car and drove off only to be greeted by the same lights on the dashboard. I went back to Mr. Jordi to asked what have he done to my car because everything seems the same, and he politely reply “ I didn’t know you wanted it fixed” so I asked to speak to the person in charge of servicing and there was Mr. Brian and his excuse was maybe the didn’t have the parts, to me I realize what kind of business they running at cortese dealership. They didn’t even have washer fluid in that huge dealership they advertising so much, I would’ve had my car service better at a mom and pop shop better. These people are waste of time and energy. They are scammers More
