Quality of service has always been average throughout the past 5 years of coming to this dealership. The prices of parts compared to buying them myself elsewhere for OEM parts has gotten out of hand. Price gouging has gotten way worse at dealerships. If I had my own garage/ lift, I would fix and maintain everything myself. The Autobody portion of Cortese jeep/dodge is shoddy at best for quality repairs. I had hit a deer and had to get most of my front end replaced. The paint on the new bumper did not last more than a year before it started bubbling and pealing right off. I asked them to reinstall any parts that were in good working condition to save on money and they did a decent job aside from the fog light assembly which was burnt out and melted inside its housing. Overall if I need any jobs done that include more than regular maintenance, I typically find another shop, not connected to a dealership. More
