Professional service from start to finish I have leased 3 Subarus from Garavel over the last 10 years and have always found their team to be professional and efficient. This is my second leas I have leased 3 Subarus from Garavel over the last 10 years and have always found their team to be professional and efficient. This is my second lease working with Gary Baumann and since he knows me and I know him, the entire process from start to finish took less than a day to put me and my family in a new car. We looked at a few cars and I made my decision one day and collected the new lease the following day. Gary is a pleasure to work with and makes the process easy, painless and quick. I worked with Jose as well to sign the lease paperwork, he was clear concise and it took no more than 10-15 to have all the paperwork completed. I would definitely recommend to family and friends both buying/leasing a Surbaru and working with Gary and Jose at Garavel. More

Saved from flood Garavel exceeds in an emergency! Two years ago, when we were ready to move to Conn from Ohio, we asked our Subaru customer rep in Columbus to recom Garavel exceeds in an emergency! Two years ago, when we were ready to move to Conn from Ohio, we asked our Subaru customer rep in Columbus to recommend a Subaru dealership that we could depend on. He gave us Garavel's specific contact info and that was very helpful when we needed some minor adjustments to one of our leased cars after we moved to Conn. More recently, in October 2018, we had a real catastrophe when both of our Ohio Subaru Foresters were totaled in a flash flood so we got in a rental car and went back to Garavel. We met Gary Bauman who understood our dilemma. We knew that we wanted two Foresters and Gary knew everything about the great new features and he explained and demonstrated them to us. When we said goodbye to Gary the first time, Joe drove home in a 2019 Forester that was available in the lot - it had his name on it. Jeanne was happy to wait a little longer for her beautiful red 2019 Forester that is the envy of everyone, and when we said goodbye to Gary the second time, we were completely satisfied. Since then, we have recommended Gary and Garavel to others whose cars were destroyed in that flood. We are certainly satisfied customers. Thank you, Gary and Garavel! Joe and Jeanne Reed More

We knew Teddy Mochlas from when he was at the Stamford Subaru since he had sold a Subaru to each of our two daughters. When we found that he had gone to Garavel in Norwalk, we decided to make our purchase there despite it being further from our home. We were happy to meet Gary who has been very helpful and would recommend him to anyone considering a purchase. More
