Gary, the sales representative, was direct and friendly, never pushing too hard, when we needed to make a choice about which would be the best car for us. We got a Forester. Everyone at Garavel was great, and it's nice to know we have the connection, since we live in town. It is easy to put off shopping for a new car out of distaste for pressure and manipulation. No sign of those here. More
