Ultimately, we decided to reserve a dealer ordered pilot from Heritage and waited about a month for it to be delivered. During our wait for the pilot to be delivered, Gary had great communication with us. He gave us weekly updates on the ETA and responded to our concerns or questions through phone, text, or email immediately or within 24 hours. He was very efficient when it was time to purchase the car and all our documents were prepared for us to sign with little waiting time. I realize this is one specific situation and that other shoppers may have different experiences, however my family was very pleased to work with Gary and would not hesitate to recommend him to others. More
