Took the car for a recall. They return with the “results” from the complementary multi point inspection and said everything was good, including air filters. Upon my personal in They return with the “results” from the complementary multi point inspection and said everything was good, including air filters. Upon my personal inspection, the cabin for the engine filter was never opened and after taking the filter out myself, it was as dirty as it could get. They never really checked it, how can one trust everything else? Two years prior in a different card the story was similar, they told me the filter were dirty, except that I had changed them myself three days prior. Both times, they just say, we will talk to the technician. They might, but the problem is still there. All you get is a nice “my apologies for the mistake!” Hard to trust anything they tell you. More
