Easy, helpful, and honest I do not have the best credit situation, nor was I sure that I would even be able to reasonably finance a quality used car. This dealership made it possible, without breaking the bank or passing judgement. Gary, my sales consultant, was very accommodating and told me exactly what I needed to get into the vehicle I wanted. The business manager I worked with sat down with me and went over my credit situation and even gave me suggestions about potential improvements I could make. At no point did I feel like I was being taken advantage of, or overlooked because of my history. The whole process was very transparent and straightforward. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and polite. I had a great experience with Gary, and everyone at Bonneville & Sons. I would highly recommend this dealership for used vehicles especially. They made a very intimidating decision much less hard for me. More

Never going back! Bought a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee on Labor Day and have had it in the shop pretty much ever since due to the parking sensor not working. Gary has said we could get free oil changes for a year but that isn’t sufficient. How about a courtesy vehicle for all the issues you have caused me? That still wouldn’t be enough but that would be a start. We have already called Chrysler to express our concerns and we will keep doing so each day to ensure we get what we deserve - a working car and quality service (neither of which we have received to date). The service the day of purchasewas absolutely terrible. Gary took HOURS to get everything done but wanted to ensure we gave him 5 stars. Also don’t go there if you’re out of state as they will take forever to do the registration. My insurance agent had to tell them what to do in order to get it done. Have already informed family, friends, and coworkers to make sure they never step foot in this place. However if you’re looking for the stereotypical car dealer who is just interested in scamming you, then this is the place to go! More
