So I just bought a 2020 explorer from this dealership. I dealt with Mr. Gary Craven. I traded in my Toyota and he (Gary) was able to give me a more than fair trade in value for my Toyota. Big advantage of going here is that I drove off the lot with the vehicle that night even when I came an hour before closing. He and rest of needed sales team stayed late for me. They got everything I need ready so I could be happy. After driving the vehicle for a day I noticed a few things that needed attention, alignment, oil change, some functionality of the buttons weren’t to par but when I called Mr Craven he told me not to worry just bring it in. When I did, I was given a loaner and my car was taken care of plus washed, detailed & fueled again. Mr Craven went out of his way to get everything done for me that he even got me nice floor mats just for my inconvenience. Update** My wife liked this car and dealing with Mr Craven so much that now we are getting her the same car and making another deal happen. I recommend this dealership, I never felt rushed, never felt like I was an inconvenience and they went out of their way to get me what I wanted so that I was happy that they earned another soon to be sale with my wife now getting a car from here too. Prices are fair as well and they were able to work with the amount of money I wanted to be at. Place was clean and had all the Covid restrictions with them also allowing you to sanitize hands if needed. If you go here ask for Gary!!!! More

Great dealership to work with. I messaged through Auto Trader and got a call from Billy within a half hour. My questions were answered and an appointment was made for the following afternoon where Kwan me Trader and got a call from Billy within a half hour. My questions were answered and an appointment was made for the following afternoon where Kwan met by Gary. The truck was exactly as described and no pushy pitch. The truck sold itself at a very fair price. I did have a concern or two about the truck I was purchasing.
