I have been a customer with FORD Enfield for approximately 7 years. The customer service has always been excellent. The vehicles are mechanically superb. We were looking for a new vehicle last weekend and visited the dealership mid-day Saturday. Gary Craven met us in the lot and showed us a couple of vehicles, and we test drove one of them. Not sold on visited the dealership mid-day Saturday. Gary Craven met us in the lot and showed us a couple of vehicles, and we test drove one of them. Not sold on that particular vehicle, we decided to leave and have lunch. We ended up returning, late in the day, near closing time. We asked to test-drive a different vehicle that was on the showroom floor. Gary and other sales team members were more than happy to get the vehicle out, including another one that was blocking it in. We were told to ‘take your time’, despite it being late in the day. We ended up purchasing the vehicle the next day. Gary Craven was extremely helpful in making a smooth simple transaction, as well as communicating with us the status of the vehicle on pick-up day. Gary also spent time on delivery day going over everything with the vehicle, getting Ford Pass set up, etc. Thank you Gary! This is the first time I have been in the dealership since the remodel. What a difference! Looks great! More
