I was referred here by friends. Buying experience was unusual; had to do it all online and over the phone. Billy was the first person I talked to. After a lot of emails, we came to the consideration of a unusual; had to do it all online and over the phone. Billy was the first person I talked to. After a lot of emails, we came to the consideration of an Escape that they had under certified pre used. I messed around with the finance button on their site and noticed how expensive it was going to be, and brought it up to Billy. He assured me he can get "xxxx close to $300 per month". Unfortunately, after I had driven an hour south to test drive the vehicle, really like the vehicle, and drove all the way back up he informed me he couldn't get that close to $300 and it was moreso in the $350s range. At this point I had met with Michael, although it was really brief. Another Escape was brought up for closer to $300. They let me take the vehicle back up home after the test drive, which actually led me to feeling even more nervous on the way back(what if the same thing happens with the last vehicle and the price isn't the same). Fortunately, this time around, the price Billy told me was much closer to the actual price Michael gave me and we were able to close the deal. Gary was a really, really friendly fellow. He definitely excels with customer service. I really appreciated his attitude and personality throughout this. Overall, I guess I'm satisfied. There was a lot of headache and concern throughout it. If I had done more research and had a bit more knowledge coming into this, then I would likely have had a better experience. More

My salesman Gary Craven is excellent. He treats us like family and thats why we keep going back. From the attentive care he gives us, to a great trade in value, and a really nice new vehicle selection, we family and thats why we keep going back. I love my new vehicle but the GPS keeps sending me down cow paths and I havent figured out how to remedy that yet! More

Positive Buying Experience The buying experience was unusual because of the Covid 19 disease so it was a mainly a Virtual Sales Deal. We had to get used to the Doc-Sign etc. how The buying experience was unusual because of the Covid 19 disease so it was a mainly a Virtual Sales Deal. We had to get used to the Doc-Sign etc. however but other than that we had a bit of a learning curve. Gary Craven was our Salesperson and we have purchased an automobile in 2017 from Family Ford. So, that being said I guess that we are considered a repeat customer.. He guided us through the process making sure that we were completely engaged with our mainly online experience. All of the new technology was explained as well. The trade was approximated online and the purchase as well. He even had the truck we wanted delivered from another Corporate dealership (Sarat). We are happy with the outcome and hope that all is smooth sailing from here forward with the new truck. Thank you for the buying experience. I missed seeing the inside of the new facility and a quick talk with the GM Mike Moriarty... Best wishes Always. More
