Doesn't even describe my feelings about Beaver Toyota. After I bought my 3rd Highlander from them there was a misunderstanding on some of the financing. After I talked to Shelia in one department, I had many questions. She connected me with Seth. Poor Seth had to listen to me fuss. He told me he would check on something and call me back in 5 minutes. Well about 2 minutes later not only was Seth back on the line so was the GM Randy. They listened, cared and solved my problem. Actually they went above and beyond to "WOW" me. Can't thank them enough. WillI I be buying my next vehicle from them, ABSOLUTELY! Have I already given my salesman's, Gary Gonzalez, number to someone today yes I have. After a week of going back and forth, talking about it specs, numbers, and so-on, I finally came to a decision and picked up a truck that checked every box that I wanted, and then some. He was super helpful, very patient, and quick to answer questions that I had regarding the truck. I’m glad he was the gentlemen that assisted me in getting my truck as I don’t believe anyone else would have been as helpful as he. More

We had an excellent experience with Gary. I gave him specifics on a used vehicle I was interested and quickly found a vehicle that was exactly what I was looking for. Plus he got me the price I gave him specifics on a used vehicle I was interested and quickly found a vehicle that was exactly what I was looking for. Plus he got me the price I was looking for too. For the sake Gary was friendly, helpful, and not pushy. However, I was most impressed after the sale. The vehicle has a few minor fixes, that the dealership did not completely handle the first time I brought it in. The second time I brought it in Gary came in on his day off to ensure everything was handled. He truly went above and beyond even after the sale was complete. Gary is definitely a class act, I would refer any friends or family to him. More
