Disappointed in GM overall, as this is the second rebuild and less than six months. Really think GM should have replaced the transmission; however, that wasn’t their decision. We had done our homework and had 3 vehicles picked out from the Star internet site. We fell in love with our 2016 Murano SV and were set to rally back and forth on our asking price for our trade in. But that was unnessary because our trade and internet price was on target. And the sales manager included 2 new tires too!
