Well seasoned and knowledgeable Gary put the details together making sure nothing was missed. He arranged the payment so that we could be comefortable with it each month. Gary made sure we never missed a beat. He even called the insurance company for us to add the new car and remove the previous lease, physically put the license plates on the new car, scheduled our first service appointment, had the car washed, gave us an extensive orientation to the car so that I was perfectly comfortable driving it off the lot, gave us two seat belt extensions. Tell me when to stop! He treated my 91year old mother like the wise and in tune, first class citizen that she is, never talking above her, but rather included her in all conversations. Gary shared and let us into part of his world’ just as we did to him. Although we all have “stuff” happening in our personal lives, Gary is a prime example of how to still give 100 percent to your job and clients. As they say, the show must go on.
