Our most recent visit to Klaben Ford Lincoln of Warren was for the acquisition of an extended warranty after the purchase of a used vehicle. This vehicle was the second my wife and I have purchased in th was for the acquisition of an extended warranty after the purchase of a used vehicle. This vehicle was the second my wife and I have purchased in the past couple years; the other being new. On both occasions, Gary James was our sales consultant. During the purchase of both vehicles, Gary has demonstrated that he is personable, reliable, knowledgeable and above all HONEST, which can sometimes be difficult to find in this industry. He has also provided valuable assistance with introducing the service department. He once indicated that the service department at Klaben's of Warren is better than many; they have proven to be so. The Service Department has proven efficient, responsive and capable of resolving issues the first time; and they even wash our vehicles after service visits. I would recommend this dealership and Gary James in particular to anone seeking to purchase a vehicle. More

We came to Klaben Ford Lincoln looking to purchase a new Ford Fusion 2013 & were greeted right away by a wonderful salesman, Gary James. Gary simply asked us what we were looking for & producted it! Within an hour we had already test driven & purchased our new car! He did everything he could to make our expereince of purchasing a new car go as smooth as possible. Gary took care of basically everything for us--besides us needing to provide the usual information. Our vehicle had to be brought from another dealership, because the Fusion color we wanted was not available on the lot--but that simply took a day & before we knew it we were on our way home in our new car! Gary was also extremely helpful in assisting us with how the functions of the car worked--we still had to read the manual for some things, but Gary really made the slightly overwhelming new technology in the car seem like a piece of cake! I'd refer anyone to this dealership & its sales staff. Very pleasant to work with & very knowledgable! Thanks Gary! More
