BAD EXPERIENCE Bought a 2012 Chevy traverse 5-6 months ago. Got a superior protection plan. Car started making horrible noises. Took back to dealership to find out a Bought a 2012 Chevy traverse 5-6 months ago. Got a superior protection plan. Car started making horrible noises. Took back to dealership to find out all struts and shocks are leaking and shot. Power steering pressure line leaking. Estimate of $1910.00 to fix. Told us warranty will not cover even though it has it covered in protection plan. Then charged us 100 dollars when we picked up for doing no work. Suposedly there was a 200 pt inspection done before we purchased. This is a kick in the teeth. Never will I recommend this place. Even thought about walking with sign out front to warn others! More

Bought out my current lease and got into a 2019 Equinox I had 3 months left on my Hyundai Tuscon... I reached out to the sales manager (Gary).. Gave him all my current lease info.. He had Bob Soucheray re I had 3 months left on my Hyundai Tuscon... I reached out to the sales manager (Gary).. Gave him all my current lease info.. He had Bob Soucheray reach out to me within the hour... He drove it to my work in Burnsville so I could test drive it back to the dealership. I loved the new ride. Signed paperwork over my lunch break and had a brand new car in less than 4 hours.. They also dealt with returning my leased Hyundai.. Wonderful Experience!! More

Really nice smooth process they have at Jeff belzers and they have the best prices compared to any other dealer in the Midwest and most selection , no other dealership can compare to belzers I will never go any where else ever! Worst service i have ever had. Brakes went out on my 2014 Sierra and almost killed me and my family less than 3 weeks after i bought it. I had to pay out of pocket to fix it.
