BAD EXPERIENCE Bought a 2012 Chevy traverse 5-6 months ago. Got a superior protection plan. Car started making horrible noises. Took back to dealership to find out a Bought a 2012 Chevy traverse 5-6 months ago. Got a superior protection plan. Car started making horrible noises. Took back to dealership to find out all struts and shocks are leaking and shot. Power steering pressure line leaking. Estimate of $1910.00 to fix. Told us warranty will not cover even though it has it covered in protection plan. Then charged us 100 dollars when we picked up for doing no work. Suposedly there was a 200 pt inspection done before we purchased. This is a kick in the teeth. Never will I recommend this place. Even thought about walking with sign out front to warn others! More

Bought out my current lease and got into a 2019 Equinox I had 3 months left on my Hyundai Tuscon... I reached out to the sales manager (Gary).. Gave him all my current lease info.. He had Bob Soucheray re I had 3 months left on my Hyundai Tuscon... I reached out to the sales manager (Gary).. Gave him all my current lease info.. He had Bob Soucheray reach out to me within the hour... He drove it to my work in Burnsville so I could test drive it back to the dealership. I loved the new ride. Signed paperwork over my lunch break and had a brand new car in less than 4 hours.. They also dealt with returning my leased Hyundai.. Wonderful Experience!! More

Donny Jr. Made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole experience and was great and really helped me out more than I could of ever asked for! Donny III was very professional and knowledgeable on what protection plan I needed to do on my vehicle for a really good price on such great products that will last me for the life of my vehicle , he also got me really cool black Chevrolet emblems that will also look really good on the vehicle and add a lot of style! Really nice smooth process they have at Jeff belzers and they have the best prices compared to any other dealer in the Midwest and most selection , no other dealership can compare to belzers I will never go any where else ever! Thanks Donny jr and Donny III you guys are the best father/son team any customer could ask for, I will definitely be back in the future! More

Great experience great deal! I was able to fill the online info, get contacted by a friendly voice and then have follow up the same day as I purchased my new Ram 3500. Worst service i have ever had. Brakes went out on my 2014 Sierra and almost killed me and my family less than 3 weeks after i bought it. I had to pay out of pocket to fix it. Before this i scheduled some work to be done and at 7:30am and guess what... Not a sole in site. Waited 20 min and was late to work. I wouldn't trust them. More

Incredible staff, great selection, hassle free dealership! After recently buying my new 2018 1500 Silverado from Jeff Belzers, this dealership changed my whole perspective on the vehicle buying process! My wif After recently buying my new 2018 1500 Silverado from Jeff Belzers, this dealership changed my whole perspective on the vehicle buying process! My wife and I drove through the lot dreading the "shark approach" from the sales staff which was just the opposite. We were not chased down by any sales associate the minute we drove on the property as we took our time looking through their current inventory without being bothered. As soon as we felt comfortable to talk to someone we drove up to the building, again was not "sharked" upon but was greeted by a friendly sales person that was busy with another customer but assured he would set us up with the next BEST available sales rep who ended up being Justin Englin and from there we fell in love and extremely comfortable with how smooth the buying process was. Working with Justin Englin, Gary(the guy in the fishbowl room), Don Hiltunen, and Donny Abboud III. are a testament to what the optimal vehicle buying process should be and I will be reccomending these individuals to my family, friends and co workers when showing off my new vehicle. As long as they are still employed at this dealership they will have my business for life! More
