I had so much bad experience. They lost my car’s bottom engine plate and nobody notified me about it. Now they are blaming us that I lost it. Now they don’t wanna fix it at all. The vehicle was inspected by our Service Manager. The under carriage of the vehicle showed damage from road debris impacting it and that is what caused damage to the shield. Our service manager showed this evidence to the customer at the time of inspection.
