Made an 2 pm appointment for the free maintanace for my 2024 Passport. Everyone that came after me got their car back and i was the only one left in the shop. Finally got the car at 4:30 pm. Maybe because 2024 Passport. Everyone that came after me got their car back and i was the only one left in the shop. Finally got the car at 4:30 pm. Maybe because the job on my car is no charge that is why they do it last? This is a brand new car with 4500 miles and it took them 2 and a half hours for oil change! ( no tire rotations needed as Brendon said). More

The vehicle was inspected by our Service Manager. The under carriage of the vehicle showed damage from road debris impacting it and that is what caused damage to the shield. Our service manager showed this evidence to the customer at the time of inspection.
