I was surprised that they were in the middle of renovating the dealership there. However as soon as I pulled into the interim service area the service provided by Gary and the others working on my renovating the dealership there. What I appreciated most was his transparency, willing to personalize the service to what was best for my car and keeping me up to date on the service status throughout the visit. I've been to other dealerships (Ex. Tampa Honda which is terrible) and will always go to Crown Honda from now on. More
