Outstanding Service Rep. Gary Phillips In a week full of appointments, my oil light appeared and I wanted to attend to that as soon as possible. I left a message for Gary Phillips to inquir In a week full of appointments, my oil light appeared and I wanted to attend to that as soon as possible. I left a message for Gary Phillips to inquire if an early appointment was possible. A few hours later, he asked, "Is 9:00 tomorrow OK ?" How is that for service ? I arrived early and in his usual manner, he took care of everything with ease and asked if I had questions. Service completed and I was on my way at 9:55 - fantastic service ! Gary is the consummate professional; knowledgeable, courteous and ever conscious of the needs and concerns of the customer. He represents Crown Honda perfectly. Thanks again, Gary. More

Great Service Advisors, one issue with technical measurement I went to Crown Honda because I had a really bad experience at a Honda dealership in Tampa, and my Dad used to drive from Tampa to Pinellas Park to go I went to Crown Honda because I had a really bad experience at a Honda dealership in Tampa, and my Dad used to drive from Tampa to Pinellas Park to go to Crown. I've had appointments with Brooks Falzone and Gary Phillips - in terms of Service Advisors, they are both great, very attentive, and friendly. I did have an issue where my break pad thickness was likely misread by a technician at an initial visit, so it was more worn down than the reading indicated on my service check report that I had from that visit. As a result, when I went in within a year of that appointment, I was told I needed new break pads even though the previous report indicated that they were in good shape. However, fact of the matter was that I needed the new pads, which I got, and they work great - just didn't have as much of a heads up that they would need to be replaced. Minor thing, and Gary was really upfront and honest about it with me when I brought up the issue, which I appreciated; I would still go back as long as these issues didn't happen repeatedly. More
