My husband and I have been looking for a vehicle for about a month and I am so glad that I came across Jackson Auto! They are easy to get to right off Century Ave. We went in, talked to JR and there was about a month and I am so glad that I came across Jackson Auto! They are easy to get to right off Century Ave. We went in, talked to JR and there was no pressure. Very easy process. We filled out an application and did the whole financing process with the bank over the phone. Gary at Jackson Auto got us a great rate and sold us an amazing warranty along with the vehicle. Gary talked us through the whole financing process and was there if we had any questions. By far the easiest and best overall car buying experience I could have asked for! More

I had gotten into an accident and needed a reliable car sooner than most that are car shopping. After being to many dealerships and not finding anything in my price range that was worth purchasing, I went sooner than most that are car shopping. After being to many dealerships and not finding anything in my price range that was worth purchasing, I went to Jackson Auto East and looked at a few.. they had suggested a vehicle that they just got on the lot that day. It was a beautiful Lincoln MKZ. They brought the price down tremendously to work with all that I had going on. Along with them picking me up from the rental place (very close by their dealership so i wouldn’t expect it to happen all the time for anywhere) and many other accommodations like fixing some minor things that they noticed before selling it to me, but like i said i needed it fast and they worked with me and got it fixed when i was available but made it possible for me to get back and forth to work in the process. Every last one of them that work there are SO friendly, transparent and trustworthy. They are there to help you in all ways. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!! More
