My husband and I have been looking for a vehicle for about a month and I am so glad that I came across Jackson Auto! They are easy to get to right off Century Ave. We went in, talked to JR and there was about a month and I am so glad that I came across Jackson Auto! They are easy to get to right off Century Ave. We went in, talked to JR and there was no pressure. Very easy process. We filled out an application and did the whole financing process with the bank over the phone. Gary at Jackson Auto got us a great rate and sold us an amazing warranty along with the vehicle. Gary talked us through the whole financing process and was there if we had any questions. By far the easiest and best overall car buying experience I could have asked for! More

I had gotten into an accident and needed a reliable car sooner than most that are car shopping. After being to many dealerships and not finding anything in my price range that was worth purchasing, I went sooner than most that are car shopping. After being to many dealerships and not finding anything in my price range that was worth purchasing, I went to Jackson Auto East and looked at a few.. they had suggested a vehicle that they just got on the lot that day. It was a beautiful Lincoln MKZ. They brought the price down tremendously to work with all that I had going on. Along with them picking me up from the rental place (very close by their dealership so i wouldn’t expect it to happen all the time for anywhere) and many other accommodations like fixing some minor things that they noticed before selling it to me, but like i said i needed it fast and they worked with me and got it fixed when i was available but made it possible for me to get back and forth to work in the process. Every last one of them that work there are SO friendly, transparent and trustworthy. They are there to help you in all ways. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!! More

Look out for this used Auto sales. They really hosed me. I bought a 2011 Ford 250 pickup from them. The owner and his son both swore that they put my truck on the lift and checked o They really hosed me. I bought a 2011 Ford 250 pickup from them. The owner and his son both swore that they put my truck on the lift and checked out nothing wrong. WRONG is the right word for this dealership. The truck box was all rusted out and supported by 2x4 wood pieces to hold it together. A Berliner had been installed so the damage didn’t show. The box fell off and I had to go buy a new one as the truck was worthless without the box. When I confronted them, they played stupid. “Who, us?” “We wouldn’t do that. When confronted, Jr. started yelling at me with his big mouth. They offered a $500.00 or you can leave. I paid over $17,000 for the truck. In my opinion and experience, they are crooks. BUYER BE WARE. Or save yourself a good you know what. I have pictures and witnesses to prove it. I don’t really have the time, but I should suit these crooks. I might do it yet. They certainly deserve it. More
