Never shop here, don't step foot in the door, never even load up their website. Absolutely the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with in my life. More

I was send a written quote for a Honda Pilot, twice. Made an appointment to meet at the dealership after emailing throughout the week regarding the car. On my way, five minutes until my appointment, I received a phone call from the sales manager that the price was too low and they would not honor it. Not a verbal quote mind you...written and confirmed twice. Basically he wanted to save me a trip from even bothering to come in. Since then, no one has taken accountability for this. I had expressed my reservations about doing business at this location initially, and was assured of a positive experience based on the fair price I was quoted. Please look at other dealerships before trying this one. More

Terrible experience at this dealership. Would warn any potential customer to not believe the sales pitches and phony handshakes and instead check the fine print on any and all documents. They refuse to return phone calls, which was even more amazing. I do thank this dealership however for teaching my son a life lesson. A promise and a handshake means absolutely nothing to some people, and you must inspect your documents thoroughly. This dealership makes the used car salesmen jokes real. Incredible customer service all around My friend Michelle Moligano works in the service department at this location. She knew I was in the market for a new SUV and reached out to me. I told her how frustrated I was going to dealerships when I work such a busy schedule. She asked me questions about what I am interested in and if there was a specific car I liked best. She then spoke with the manager who gave me prices of the car. I told her I would come in later that day to test drive. She asked me which color I preferred - and then had that car brought to the dealership so it could be cleaned and ready to go once I got there! When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by Andrew Perry. I told him my situation and he set me up for a test drive in the specific car I wanted. He explained all of the cars features in detail and I knew I wanted to purchase. After the contract was signed, he again took me outside to the car to explain every button and option in the car. More

Great Experience I have leased many Hondas throughout the years. Most recently I leased several through Babylon Honda working with Gary Schwimmer. Gary is now the Sales Manager at North Shore Honda. I contacted Gary when my lease was up and as usual he was very easy to deal with. Gary is upfront with everything and always responds to every question. When it came time to do the paperwork, Gary handed me off to Daryl. Everything went fine and as usual, there were no last minute surprises. I have another lease coming up soon, I will be contacting Gary and Daryl again! More
