The first 15 years of this time was spent as a Technician, but Gary decided he liked working with the customers more than with the cars. Gary Smedstad was very helpful in assisting me with the repairs and maintenance needed on my Acura MDX. He was patient and thorough in explaining to me the work that needed to be done and assisted me in g repairs and maintenance needed on my Acura MDX. He was patient and thorough in explaining to me the work that needed to be done and assisted me in getting a rental car during the service. He communicated frequently about the progress of my service and even assisted with an after hours pick up to accommodate my work schedule.
