I had visited two other dealerships throughout the day and was not finding the combination of vehicle features and overall value that I was looking for. Throughout the sales process the entire Carl Burger team was extremely helpful in patiently exploring the stock of available inventory and narrowing our search until we found the perfect vehicle. Once we had decided on the right car, the sales process was completed with the highest level of integrity and fairness, from test driving to new vehicle delivery. Gary Thiem in the finance department was able to answer additional in-depth questions about both the vehicle and the available financing options allowing us to make the most informed decision possible about details of the final vehicle purchase.
