Everything is so expensive so we tried to trim our expectations. Arturo listened and jumped on a few options. It got late and we left very informed. Next day went to another dealer in National City and was "shown around" with little understanding, no offer, no discussion of what they could do for me. Spent a lot of time there discussing what we wanted but the guy just showed us around more. Glad we had already learned so much from Carl Burger. Later, went back to Carl Burger Dodge and they knew our name and Gary (Sales Manager) came out to say hello (again). Arturo told us about some discounted vehicles they had that closely matched what we were looking for. He really wanted us to be happy with our selection. They found 99% of what we wanted in the older stock with a HUGE discount off MSRP. He told us right off what we could save and my eyes popped. YES! That's what we want. AWESOME. A $60k truck with almost $15k off. HAPPINESS!! More

False Advertising Certified Vehicle, not disclosing trans re I recently bought a certified Jeep at Carl Burger Dodge and when recieving vehicle there were many things that had issues. No parking brake, transfer I recently bought a certified Jeep at Carl Burger Dodge and when recieving vehicle there were many things that had issues. No parking brake, transfer case and front driveshaft was defective and needs replaced, no windshield wiper fluid worked due to broken attachments and loose wiper fluid cable, gas lid is loose and scratches body panel, interior trim pieces are broken off or warped, electronic shortouts in radio system. When taking car into my local jeep dealership they informed me that the car had a transmission replaced at 58k miles which also wasn't told to me. Once they reviewed issues and contacted service contract at Chrysler they stated they wouldnt cover repairs due to them being a preexisting condition. So warranty wont repair any damages on car I bought May 7th. I informed Carl Burger Dodge and they will review the invoice and let me know. But as a customer and having the car in the shop 9 days now already with a list of uncovered repairs is not what I'd consider a certified would be. As I consult an attorney and wait for invoice for repairs, I'm just thankful I live in Ohio and not signed title into my name yet. More

Which I felt was unfair! If your going to offer a product the customer should have a choice in what they want to pay for. I felt I had to purchase this package to get what I really wanted. And I did asked if I could just get the gap and warranty only; I was told no, it’s a package deal only, or nothing... It may seem like a small thing to your company; but that additional amount 1-2000.00 added to my loan could hurt someone budget. As a matter of fact a friend of mine just totaled her car and is looking to purchase a new one. She wanted to know which dealership I went to Mother’s Day.... then I realized today the possible reason why you force a new owners to purchase the LoJack because it’s all ready installed on all your vehicles on your lot... and then follow up with “your insurance rate will give you a discount for having it... “Not”... More

I had given up hope in buying our truck. We were on our way home and we decided to give CB a try. I am in awe with this dealership. They exceeded my expectations. When other dealers didn’t want to give us the time of day, this dealer went above and beyond and sold us our new truck. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend this dealership.
