Very disappointed in the customer service brought my 2012 tahoe in to have DVD player assessed as it wasn’t reading discs and it was covered by my extended warranty. I was immediately told I needed to get tahoe in to have DVD player assessed as it wasn’t reading discs and it was covered by my extended warranty. I was immediately told I needed to get a rental car in order for the ticket remain open to allow them to fix my vehicle. After the nightmare of getting to the rental Company and not to mention the money unexpectedly spent, I received a text message 5 hours later telling me they don’t know what’s wrong with it but GM won’t replace the system because my car was so old and that I could come pick up my car !!!! I wish they would have allowed me to stay For my appointment like I intended too, while they tried to assess my vehicle. Wasted my time and money and didn’t even get a complimentary car wash for the hassle. More

2018 Impala that honestly should have never been on the lot as “certified”. Trunk liner was hanging lose, tire was bad/unbalanced, brake was rubbing, battery was leaking, and only had 1 of 2 key fobs. I lot as “certified”. Trunk liner was hanging lose, tire was bad/unbalanced, brake was rubbing, battery was leaking, and only had 1 of 2 key fobs. I purchased with the agreement that these items would be fixed as soon as possible. Ultimately these times were resolved but it took me 6 days and numerous calls to the dealership, texts to salesman personal cell, and finally showing up In person at the dealership to get the attention and appointment for service I needed and was promised. Once scheduled it took 2.5 days to resolve the matters that honestly should have never had to begin, nor taken as long as they did. Additionally would have been nice to have the car exterior cleaned with gas tank topped off upon pickup considering the hassle I had to get items resolved on a car that was supposed to have already been “certified”. Between myself and my family we have purchased at least 9 vehicles from this dealership, but this experience has certainly not be enjoyable to say the least. I am extremely disappointed in how this recent experience has played out. The only positive comment I will provide is for the service rep Gary Vogt, who was professional, courteous and kept me informed of status as expected. More
