I had the worse service ever here and it wasn't the first time. I went here out of convenience. They actually texted at closing time to tell me they needed to keep my car over weekend instead of calling me t time. I went here out of convenience. They actually texted at closing time to tell me they needed to keep my car over weekend instead of calling me to ask. I couldn't even say no. Next time, I will drive an hour to Ferman Tarpon where the staff is friendly and they call me to discuss the status of my vehicle. That just goes to show that value of the customer over there versus Tampa/Brandon. I won't be returning. That's why I even buy my vehicles there too. More

Z was very patient and professional and so was his wife. I really appreciate all their time and understanding they gave me and my boys. I didn't expect to buy a vehicle so fast but my lease was up in Augu I really appreciate all their time and understanding they gave me and my boys. I didn't expect to buy a vehicle so fast but my lease was up in August. I miss my power seats, remote start, and the convince of the little car. But I can tell the difference, I feel safer, my back feels better, I don't even feel the jerk on my butt lol. I like the safety features. I guess I should of noticed more when I was there, but with kids it's kind of hard. Oh and the front of the Equinox was all scratched up on the lower bumper. I'm not sure why he was so slay and quiet like he was hiding something. More

Very disappointed in the customer service brought my 2012 tahoe in to have DVD player assessed as it wasn’t reading discs and it was covered by my extended warranty. I was immediately told I needed to get tahoe in to have DVD player assessed as it wasn’t reading discs and it was covered by my extended warranty. I was immediately told I needed to get a rental car in order for the ticket remain open to allow them to fix my vehicle. After the nightmare of getting to the rental Company and not to mention the money unexpectedly spent, I received a text message 5 hours later telling me they don’t know what’s wrong with it but GM won’t replace the system because my car was so old and that I could come pick up my car !!!! I wish they would have allowed me to stay For my appointment like I intended too, while they tried to assess my vehicle. Wasted my time and money and didn’t even get a complimentary car wash for the hassle. More
