Great First Impression .....but, that's about it I really appreciate how attentive and professional Yusef is whenever I come. He greets me by name every time I come and is super friendly. Now, if onl I really appreciate how attentive and professional Yusef is whenever I come. He greets me by name every time I come and is super friendly. Now, if only the people inside were just as friendly and attentive. When I went inside, I had to stand there for a few mins before I was even acknowledged. I would understand if everyone was on the phone, but some people were just typing on the computer. I realized that they were concentrating, but I worked in customer service as well. I takes a few seconds to say "Hi, I'll be with you in one moment." Unfortunately, that happens every time I go there. It would be such a great experience if I only had to deal with Yusef, and not the others inside. More

Not all that bad, but not all that great either. I own a 2017 Sorento & have been getting all my service done at this location. 1st off let me say that Mr. Yusef Johnson is wonderful. Always super I own a 2017 Sorento & have been getting all my service done at this location. 1st off let me say that Mr. Yusef Johnson is wonderful. Always super friendly and polite. He's a shining employee & always starts off my visit to Kia service w/ a smile. Good job Yusef! Brenda does a great job as well. In regards to the actual service , this past visit was better than usual. My only complaint is that for the 2nd visit in a row, service techs have failed to check the air to my tires! I drove away, saw my gauges, & I turned right back around (again). My invoice clearly shows that the tire air pressure was checked, but when I receive my car, it was very apparent that this was incorrect (as my PSI was around 30 in each tire, when it should be at 34). That's what bothers me. If my invoice says they performed this routine check of my tire pressure... but they did not... it makes me wonder What Else they could have overlooked & not property taken care of. Feels like negligent on the service techs part. More

Fast and friendly service Went in for a oil change, tire rotation and recall, all was taken care of within 1 hour and 45 minutes just as promised.
